- Three pullups
- 5 overhead squats, 45lbs
- five bar dips
- 40 squats
- 10 45lb front squats (I can't clean and don't want to hurt myself)
- 7 bar dips with +10lbs
- 7 pullups/jumping pullups +10lbs
