- 400 meter run
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 squats (no weight)
- 25 crunches
- Overhead squats, four sets of five at 45, 50, 55, 65, 75 lbs.
- One set partial weight handstand push-ups, 10 reps.
- One set 10 reps dive bombers.
